At its very core, the job of a medical sales representative is to advertise the products benefits for the the patient to doctors and a relevant medical establishments.

A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE

  • Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
  • Liaise with targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Provide product information
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
  • Work with District Managers and MKT team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical rep or in medical sales
  • Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • BS degree in relevant field

Objetivo

Generar la demanda de los productos de la compañía por medio de la promoción y planteamiento de ventajas competitivas y beneficios al paciente de los productos, esto enfocado a Médicos, farmaceuticos, hospitales privados y gubernamentales de la zona asignada.

Responsabilidades

  • Promover los Beneficios de los productos con Profesionales de la salud
  • Dominio de los productos a su responsabilidad (en promoción), mercado y competidores.
  • Administración territorial de Ventas.
  • Ejecutar las estrategias y lineamientos establecidos por el área de Mercadotecnia y retroalimentar el resultado de la implementación a su gerente de distrito.
  • Participar en eventos médicos, cursos, talleres o congresos a nivel nacional, regional o local.

Conocimientos

  • Experiencia previa de 2 años como Representante Médico (De preferencia en linea diabetes) (No limitativo)
  • Bases de fisiología, anatomía y fisiopatología humana.
  • Conocimiento de productos de la linea terapeutica
  • Técnica de Ventas
  • Conocimiento Territorial.
  • Escucha Activa.
  • Licenciatura en áreas económico administrativas, químico médico biológicas o afín
